INFORMATION BOOK: : If you need information of the villa, district, public transportation, supermarkets, shops… You will find it in the information book. The information book is placed in the table of the hall.

ASSISTANCE LINE: We are at your disposal 24/7 at the assistance telephone number. After 20:00 until 9:00 it is only for emergencies. You will find it in the signals of the villa and the information book.

WIFI: The villa has a last generation wifi network. The network name and the wifi password are written in the information book and the poster.

TAKE CARE OF THE VILLA: Please, help us in keeping our villa in the best conditions for the next guest, take care of the villa as if it was your home. Let us know if there is something broken that we should fix, or something missing.

ILUMINATION: We’ve got a strong enviromental compromise, all electic energy comes from renewal sources. Help us in keeping this compromise from the consumption point of view, switching off the lights in rooms you are not using, switching off all lights when living the villa or the garden lights when you are going to sleep.

WHITE APPLIANCES: Like the previous point, switch off all applainces when not using them. Additionally, please use them carefully treating them correctly.

HEATING / AC: Like in the ilumination Help us in achieving our enviromental compromiso in terms of consumption. Turning off the heating/AC if they are not necessary or if windows and doors are open. The villa includes normal consumptions, excessive consumptions will be deduct from the security bond.

SWIMMING POOL: It is strictly forbidden to enter the swimmingpool with food, drinks and/or glass. The client is entirely responsable for the use of the swimmingpool of all the people in the villa, with special mension to the kids. Waving the owner and the management Company any responsability

BBQ: The barbacue has to be used in the swimmingpool terrace or front terrace, always in the grass surface, not in the stone floor as the grass stains cannot be removed from the stone. It is very important to clean the grill and the bbq once it is used, the coal embers once they are cold must be allocated in the bucket, the grill needs to be cleaned.

FIREPLACE: To use the fireplace you must be an expert and it is forbidden to cook in it. You must use all the protective measures correctly, the metal floor plate well placed, the open draft and the non-sparking fence after lighting well placed. INCLUSIONS: The inclusions of the villa are: set of bed cloth, set of bath towels, hand soap, basic cleaning set, wc paper and kitchen paper. You will find the inclusions in the information book. It also include the normal consumption of supplies.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for daily use, you will find all you need in the cupboards, the cleaning set you will find it under the sink. At the departure day the kitchen must be left clean, cookware, crockery, cristalware and cutlery must also be left clean, if they are still wet at the departure, you can leave them in the dishwasher or in the sink drying.

RUBBISH: Garbage must always be located in the bins made available to you. You have garbage bags, small garbage cans in the kitchen, and you also have a large bucket outside the kitchen. When they are full they should be taken to the container and not left on the terrace floor since it is porous and stains. At the exit all the garbage should be taken to the container on the street, it is 40 m from the door of the parking lot upwards.

NON SMOKING: Inside the villa you can’t smoke.Please smoke in the garden or terraces. The butt should be thrown in the ashtreys not in the garden.
